Sweeptech gives £16,000 to local charities

Sweeptech has provided more than £16,000 for local charities and good causes over the last year.

We are proud to have been able to support the Henfield Haven, the Best of British and the Knights Foundation, alongside sponsorship of local football clubs.

We have also sponsored sustainability improvement essay writing competitions in schools across Sussex to encourage students to think and write about how sustainability could be improved in their school and homes and what their hopes are for the future.

Sweeptech CEO, Martin Smith, said: “It is with great pride that we can support local charities and organisations that need a little bit of help in the current climate. We provide an essential service by cleaning, removing and recycling waste and most of our employees live locally, so being able to support organisations that are close to home really matters.”
