Mobile onsite roadsweeping waste disposal facility
To significantly reduce road sweeping waste disposal costs on some infrastructure and construction projects, we supply compliant onsite road sweeper and gully waste reception facilities. The mobile high Tip, self-contained unit provides immediate solid and wastewater separation delivering without the need of any permits or planning permissions.
With added equipment Sweeptech can clean the water and remove all suspended solids, so the waste water can then be compliantly discharged on site to foul (through discharge permit) delivering a disposal cost (of this fraction) at pence per m3.
Having a mobile facility will allow your assets to be able to unload/work 24 hrs a day. In the right application, this massively reduces waste disposal costs, provides waste disposal compliance, and a revenue generation opportunity.

The separated waste materials are then recycled offsite, but road miles are hugely reduced due to lower volumes of waste, helping to improve sustainability, reduce carbon footprint and provide greater environmental protection.
For some, waste can then be separated and returned to site to ensure the circular economy. Aggregates are a great example of this.

We send quarterly reports on post treatment material fraction break downs and can return your aggregate and sand fraction with ‘end of waste’ certification for reuse delivering ‘closed loop’ recycling reporting.
